This brand is a modern, well established Sydney leader who specialise in all aspects of Fire Protection & Electrical for high rise, strata, commercial and all aspects of facilities.
The company have been established for decades and hold considerable market share in managing essential fire safety measures (ESM), construction, rectification & development for Fire Safety & Fire Protection in facilities across NSW.
They service clients across all of NSW and have over 50 staff in the field and in the office. The business is led by a team of passionate, innovative and forward thinking leaders who are stay on the forefront of growth and modernisation.

**The position**
This is a supported role working in the Administration & Reporting team alongside the Service Managers and Coordinators. You will supporting the functions of quoting, reporting, administrative support, helping coordinate the behind the scenes for essential fire services work.
- Administrative support and reporting
- Receiving work orders and requests and documenting them
- Compiling correct documentation for upcoming work
- Creating work orders and quotes for customers and staff
- Reporting and updating reports for technicians
- Filing reports from works that have been completed
- Assessing various bookings and quote requirements accurately
- Working alongside the Service Manager who coordinates the tech’s
- Reading over AFSS reports that come back in
- Liaising with operations for stock and materials for technicians
- Administration and general office duties for documents and filing
- Eastern Suburbs Sydney location

**Experience needed**
To be considered for this role you need to have experience related to the Fire industry coupled with strong administrative support skills.
- Experience relating to fire protection / fire services
- Strong administrative skills and experience
- Ability to type up and handle reports and reporting needs
- Experienced in reading over reports documents
- Good computer and IT skills
- Working from the office in East Sydney location
- Have a collaborative and cohesive approach to team work
