**Job Description**:
As a team member of the NSW Techzone, this role represents the “face of IT”, focused on providing the highest level of customer service. Using innovative solutions, the role is required to ensure that we service our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Essential to the role is your fascination and love of technology and your desire to try new things and see how they work. You understand that it is important not only to help fix equipment, but to build positive customer relationships with free technical advice and timely repairs.

**Your Opportunity**
- ** Front-facing Techzone duties**: Maintain a customer-centric area where users can approach and receive technical support
- ** Inventory management**: Ensure our laptop and peripheral stock is received, maintained, and managed
- ** Floorwalking and desk management**: Get out and engage with our user base on their working floors, as well as pick up any technical faults before they’re reported

**Qualifications**:
**Your Experience**
- Strong customer and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience using ServiceNow (or other service management tools) for Incident and Request resolution
- Knowledge in ITIL practices, and preferred certification in ITIL 3 or 4
- Sound understanding of Windows architecture and tools, as well as decent proficiency in Mac architecture and tools
- Sound understanding of mobile technologies, such as iOS and Android troubleshooting
