We are thrilled to announce a new and exciting role for an enthusiastic and driven Technology Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing Sydney team. This newly created position is pivotal in leading our cybersecurity recruitment efforts and propelling our operations forward.

As a Recruitment Consultant within our Technology team, you will manage a 360° desk focusing on permanent and contract recruitment across cybersecurity. You will take pride in guiding employers through every stage of the hiring process—from initial client engagement to successful placement and aftercare—demonstrating your expertise, skill, and dedication. You will be supported by a mentor and have access to our comprehensive learning and development platform for continuous growth

**Responsibilities**:
**Business Development**: Proactively identify and engage new clients within the technology sector to expand our client base and drive revenue growth.

**Client Partnerships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their technology hiring needs and deliver customized recruitment solutions.

**KPI Achievement**: Consistently meet and exceed agreed KPIs and revenue targets through strategic placements and proactive business development initiatives.

**Market Insights**: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and service enhancement.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated experience as a successful Technology Recruitment Consultant, with a strong focus on business development in an agency environment.
- Proven track record of sourcing and placing high-caliber technology professionals while expanding client relationships.
- Results-driven, with a proactive approach to business development and client engagement.
- Passionate about the technology industry and committed to supporting the growth of tech professionals and organizations.
- Adaptable and resilient, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
