We are seeking an experienced HR professional to undertake the role of **People & Engagement Partner.** The People & Engagement (P&E) Partner’s role is to put in place the people management policies and practices that are aligned to the operational and strategic needs of the College, while being responsible for the entire lifecycle of their client groups (from recruitment through to exiting employment).

The P&E Partner will implement best practices in people management, guiding the College to be a place where students and staff feel safe, valued and connected and are supported in building the skills and attributes which will enable them to flourish now and in the future.

The position is full time ongoing commencing as soon as possible.
- Commitment to Catholic education in the Ignatian tradition and a willingness to contribute to the life of the
- Post-graduate qualifications in human resource management or related field.
- Ability to provide effective, collaborative, dynamic, and innovative ideas and solutions in the area of people management.
- High level interpersonal, oral and written communication skills and people management
- Proven ability to plan and achieve strategic
- Commitment to ongoing professional learning including remaining current with global best
- A history of high integrity including sound judgement and ethical professional
- Excellent attention to detail.
- High levels of emotional intelligence and resilience.
