This key role within Epiroc’s Parts and Services division will lead our technology support team through a period of growth and expansion, requiring strong leadership, strategic vision, and adaptability to effectively navigate the challenges and opportunities of scaling operations and product/service portfolios. The role is well suited to a result orientated leader whose ability to develop, inspire and motivate are at the core of their success.**Responsibilities of this role consist of but are not limited to**:

- Holistically managing the operational and financial performance of the technology support team
- Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure effective support is delivered for technology products, services and projects
- Conducting ongoing reviews of the team's performance, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and expectations
- Coordinating training, resources, and support processes to integrate new products into our service offerings effectively
- Providing input on the technology support aspects of Epiroc's sales proposals and tender submissions
- Developing and implementing systems and processes that drive and deliver operational excellence, continuous improvement and exception customer experiences

- A strong commitment to working safely and looking after your colleagues
- Experience leading geographically dispersed teams to positive outcomes
- Previous technology leadership and management experience within an aligned industry
- Knowledge of mining and maintenance related practices and procedures
- High level of organisational and time management skills
- Excellent customer and stakeholder relation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience working with Epiroc products (advantageous)
- A passion to continuously improve yourself and Epiroc’s products
