We have an exciting opportunity in the Service Delivery, PTS, Enable and PSP support team for an Application Support Officer.

**Health Manager Level 1**, commencing salary from $81,581 - $108,532 per annum + 11.5% Super and Annual Leave loading

**What you will do**

As an integral member of the Service Delivery, PTS, Enable and PSP support team, you will:

- Communicate with relevant stakeholders to provide updates regarding system changes status and implementation issues related to policy changes
- Be involved in ELP project implementation across multiple LHDs

**About you**

We are seeking motivated and committed individuals with:

- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Demonstrated system analysis experience with a proven ability in problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Sound forward-thinking approach including the ability to collect relevant data, analyse and interpret information using strong verbal and written communication to prepare correspondence and reports.
- The ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
