Administration Assistant - Fulltime This role will initially be a 6-month contract to cover maternity leave with the potential to extend.

**Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for administrative work and recruitment? We have a fantastic opportunity for you Join our dynamic team as an Administrative Assistant, covering maternity leave within our Recruitment department.**

**About our Business**:
As an Administrative Assistant covering maternity leave within our Recruitment team, you will provide crucial support in ensuring the smooth functioning of the department. Your attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and positive attitude will contribute to maintaining our high standards of recruitment and selection.

**Duties will include yet not limited to**:

- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment processes, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and preparing documentation.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
- Handle general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Staff Wellness

**Salary**: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tullamarine, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 2 years (required)
- Administration: 2 years (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
