Auction Administrator

**The Role**

Our client is seeking a reliable, friendly and fast learning person to join the 4 person administration team based in Tullamarine VIC. We are looking for someone who enjoys all types of customer service and has high attention to detail. This role is Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm. Your key responsibilities would include;
- Greeting customers & providing excellent customer service
- Assessing incoming vehicles
- Documenting damage of stock
- Accurately recording data of incoming stock
- Assist the Auctioneer behind the scenes in the running of live online auctions

**About you**
- Ability to complete administrative duties
- Previous experience in a customer service and administration role preferred
- Basic knowledge of cars is advantageous (training provided)
- Willingness to learn on the job
- Excellent interpersonal and client relationship building skills
- Able to work effectively as part of a close knit team as well as independently
- Can do attitude
- Highly professional and reliable
- Efficient; organised & able to prioritise competing tasks
