**The Opportunity**

As a Community and Disability Rostering Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing rostering support. All rosters and administrative functions are managed and coordinated within this role, offering a front-of-house access point despite being a national mobile health company, without face-to-face administrative services

**You will be responsible for**
- Organising, Managing and Coordinating Run optimisation for up to 12 clinicians within the mobile health industry.
- Processing ongoing service requests, ensuring funding aligns with our offered service model.
- Taking general enquiries via a shared phoneline system, alongside the C&D Rostering team.
- Actioning of clinician requests surrounding run improvements, alterations and requirements.
- Analysing clinician availability and offering workforce resourcing commentary for National Modality Management, and Residential Age Care Teams.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and across multiple tasks
- Previous experience in a similar role within rostering and administration
- Administration skills
- Attention to deal
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of Allied Health would be advantageous

**Additionally, you will require**
- COVID vaccinations
- NDIS workers screening
- National Police clearance
- Right to work evidence
