**Conditions**:
12-month max-term contract, located in in Perth, Head Office

**About the Role**:
This role is accountable for supporting a team of Organisational Capability consultants in the delivery of our enterprise-wide talent management, diversity, leadership & culture, reward & recognition programs. This includes the effective coordination and administration of talent management system (Success Factors) and our recognition system (LiveWires).

The day-to-day responsibility for this role includes:

- Working with the Organisational Effectiveness consultants on key activities to coordinate/administer the annual (MySuccess) performance cycle - objective setting, mid-year/annual reviews.
- Providing coordination support for annual talent and succession planning activities.
- Assisting with coordination and delivery of our 2024 initiatives - Respectful Relationships Program, Upstander Campaign, Adaptive Careers and Values-Led Leadership Program.
- Working with the Remuneration and Benefits Consultant on updates to LiveWires (recognition platform) and coordinating the annual employee benefits day.
- Supporting the implementation of our annual employee engagement survey
- Supporting the Senior Diversity and Inclusion Consultant with coordination of communications, events and initiatives related to our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion plan.

**About you**:
The successful applicant will be experienced and competent in the following:

- Previous experience in a similar role within a busy human resources or organisational development function.
- Previous experience using talent management systems, experience with Success Factors is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with ability to plan, schedule and effectively coordinate and end-to-end HR program and initiatives.
- Ability to use procurements systems to ensure timely processing of purchase orders and invoices.
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
