We're seeking a highly motivated Service Coordinator to join our team and report directly to the General Manager of Operations. You'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish, supporting our project managers and exceeding client expectations.

**Responsibilities**

**Client Service**
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, acting as a primary point of contact.
- Coordinate communication between clients, project managers, vendors and internal teams.
- Ensure efficient resolution of client inquiries and issues.

**Project Setup & Execution**
- Assist Project Managers with project setup tasks, including gathering client requirements, project information, compliance documents and sourcing materials and services.
- Schedule and confirm availability of resources (materials, equipment, labour) in collaboration with project managers.
- Order materials based on project specifications and timelines.
- Manage compliance related documentation (permits, safety plans, audits, etc.).
- Ensure all timesheets and expenses have been included against the projects, within budgets.
- Set up projects within our project management system.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a service-oriented role, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Aroflo) a plus.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
