We're looking for an experienced **Risk Capability Manager** to join ING, Australia’s most recommend bank to take our learning, programs, solutions and training to the next level. You'll be creating and driving the learning strategy and making recommendations for a holistic program delivery in consultation with stakeholders and learning community global and locally. You'll partner with our vendor network to produce a unified framework of existing and bespoke resources to uplift risk management capability across the organisation.

You'll support the development of a well-defined risk management framework and exceptional risk culture across our business through the implementation and embedding of an end to end capability framework and process. You'll develop and implement a sustainable approach to assessing risk capability needs; identify, develop and support capability initiatives; and track risk capability uplifts within the Risk Management department, and across the organisation, ultimately ensuring learning solutions are delivered and meet desired outcomes.

**What are you going to do? You will be**
- Actively participating in working groups, engaging and conducting job task analysis to ensure solutions are fit for purpose.
- Providing post training program support to ensure consistent desired learning objectives are achieved.
- Partnering with vendors to ensure training is designed using appropriate instructional design/learning experience design methodology, and blended solutions are provided using a variety of media/channels.
- Liaising with stakeholders to determine how project/change solutions can be incorporated into BAU training. Materials are adapted accordingly.
- Developing risk capability framework that aligns to business needs, relevant global and local regulatory and professional requirements.
- Ensuring compliance with the capability framework requirements for all relevant roles

**What are we looking for? Someone who has**
- Experience in instructional/learning experience design and with instructional technology
- 5 years’ experience in providing adult learning, design, assessment solutions in a professional workplace
- Experience in delivering blended learning solutions including post training activities to embed learning on the job
- Experience in developing and operationalising capability assessment frameworks
- Experience in assessing workplace competency and development of initial and post training assessments
- The ability to think creatively with a process focus
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem solving skills
