Head of Building

Manage multiple project teams working on projects 25 to 100 Townhouses
- Be part of the leadership team within a mid-sized construction business
- Order book full into 2024
Stratacon has exclusively been engaged by a well-established construction company for the sourcing and selection of a Senior Project Manager with aspirations to take the step up into a senior leadership position.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee medium density build projects in the North & Western Suburbs of Melbourne
- Manage a team of Project Managers, Site Supervisors & CAs
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients (Developers), suppliers & sub contractors
- Collaborate with the pre-contracts team to foster new business relationships
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
- Continuously monitor project performance and implement improvements
- Coach and mentor staff to promote personal and professional growth
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture
Relevant experience in the Victorian Medium Density or Volume build sector is required to be considered for this position. It will be desirable for the successful applicant to have experience managing multiple projects & have a proven track record in a leadership capacity.
