The role of Head of Building Management involves overseeing the operations of all properties managed by our organization. Initially, the focus will be on managing prestigious residential properties, with the potential to take on more projects in the future.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Accountabilities:

  • Maintain common area assets and ensure that all maintenance tasks are carried out to a high standard.
  • Coordinate trades and contractors to address on-site issues efficiently.
  • Prepare detailed monthly reports for the Owners Corporation and relevant committees.
  • Conduct regular inspections and proactively resolve any arising issues.
  • Manage budgets effectively to ensure the success of the building management teams.
  • Support team development and growth initiatives.
  • Participate in community and industry events.
  • Oversee contract reviews and contribute to the selection process for new contractors and suppliers.


Key Attributes and Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Building Management, including leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading, nurturing, and cultivating a diverse team.
  • Thorough understanding of delivering top-tier, luxury service levels.
  • Exceptional service-oriented approach and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in numerical analysis and possess strong analytical skills for budget management and reporting.
  • Capable of problem-solving and maintaining composure in high-pressure situations.
  • Proven track record of enhancing efficiency and embracing innovative solutions.
  • Alignment with the core values of our organization.
