**Position overview**
The VBA has commenced on a significant reform program, with a focus on becoming a Trusted Regulator (notionally called the ‘Trusted Regulator program'). This includes organizational (including culture), regulatory delivery, and government reform delivery, all with the aim of improving VBAs support of consumer outcomes.
Leveraging sound principles of change management across the VBA's program of work, the Change Manager will support people and change management activities throughout the Trusted Regulator program. This may include the development of suitable tools, frameworks, education materials, and other people and change reform artefacts, as well as providing direct support to the Executive, the reform team, and across the organization on people and change reform.
Reporting to the Senior Adviser - Reform, this role will build strong working relationships across the program and at all levels of the organisation to deliver a people-focussed change approach, proactively supporting the business to understand, adopt and embed the required changes.
**Who we are looking for;**
- Knowledge of the VBA's place in the regulatory system and the current context of the organisation and opportunities for reform.
- Knowledge and experience managing projects and stakeholders in programs to address organisational strategic objectives and deliver business value.
- Strong stakeholder relationship skills, with the ability to partner closely with the business, build networks and understand stakeholder requirements to solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in consulting or change management roles contributing to organization-wide activities in organizations similar to the VBA.
