Melbourne, Victoria, Australia ANZ Full time

ANZ is shaping a world where people and communities thrive, driven by a common goal: to improve the financial wellbeing and sustainability of our customers.

We're looking for a Regulatory Reform Specialist to join our Institutional Capital Reforms Program, working closely with the Collateral workstream. This critical role will deliver several major system and process changes in response to regulatory requirements, impacting multiple existing ANZ systems and requiring significant technology and process adaptations.

Your key responsibility will be to undertake an extensive review of our global portfolio of clients to assess their collateral arrangements and document them accurately in core systems. You'll partner with Senior Legal to assess documentation, ensuring ANZ's collateral position is accurately reviewed and stated.

This 12-month opportunity is full-time and based in Melbourne VIC. As a Regulatory Reform Specialist, you'll have a strong background in contract law and research skills, with experience reviewing and preparing legal documents, such as Loan and Security Agreements.

You'll work independently and collaboratively as part of a large program team, delivering results under tight deadlines. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to identify and address complex issues effectively.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of $95,000 - $120,000 per annum, plus access to health and wellbeing services and discounts on selected products and services from ANZ and more.

At ANZ, we celebrate diversity and welcome applications from everyone. We encourage you to talk to us about any adjustments you may require to our recruitment process or the role itself.
