KJR is looking for an Accounting Support. This is an opportunity to join a vibrant, fun organisation that understands quality starts with its people. You will work closely with our Chief Financial Officer and the Accounts Receivable in the day-to-day accounting activities. You will receive ongoing training and career advancement opportunities.

**Accounts Receivable Duties**:

- Assisting where necessary the accounts receivable functions.
- Point of contact troubleshooting queries in Accounts Receivable.

**Accounts Payable Duties**:

- Payroll for all employees/contractors.
- Creditors process and complete weekly runs.
- Superannuation payments are setup quarterly for payment.
- Asset register maintenance for all modems and laptops.
- Ordering software/hardware for new employees.
- ATO/BAS/FBT/Payroll Tax/End of Month for Accounts Payable keeping to cashflow with CFO for all Account tasks.

**Account Duties**:

- Work with CFO in creating budgets, cash flows, and accounting tasks where necessary.

**Other office duties**:

- Accounts Receivable/Payable Filing in the relevant folders in SharePoint/ Salesforce.
- Scanning of contracts and uploading to SharePoint/Salesforce.
- Miscellaneous items requested from Management/staff.
- Liaise with the Talent and Culture team for any HR activities.

**To be successful in this role, your CV will need to reflect the following skill sets**:

- Working knowledge of **Microsoft Suite** of products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Accounts payable/ receivable or payroll.
- Must have experience using **MYOB**.
- Desirable to have experience in **SharePoint/ Salesforce**.
- 4+ years of experience in accounting.
- Knowledge of working in a consulting firm.
- Experience working for a small team or small business with less process /structure.
- Accounting Diploma or higher education in accounting or bookkeeping is desirable.
- Excellent office administration skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with people at all levels of our organisation.
- Well-organised with attention to detail.
- Reliable, staff can depend on you to take the initiative to complete tasks requested with mínimal oversight.
