We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Receptionist/Administrator to join the largest and most successful agency on the Northern Beaches As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle a diverse range of tasks.

**The Duties**:

- Serve as the front-of-house receptionist, welcoming and assisting clients with their inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized office space, ensuring it runs smoothly.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as stationery ordering and file management.
- Assist Property Managers with various tasks including handling keys, coordinating trades, and lease sign-ups.
- Provide support in preparing and assisting with auctions.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new staff members.

**What we're looking for**:

- Previous administrative experience is required.
- Current Industry standard certifications and up-to-date CPD.
- Possession of a valid NSW Driver's license and a reliable car.
- Highly organized, reliable, and willing to perform a diverse range of tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Immaculate corporate presentation.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and proactiveness in completing tasks.
- Great attention to detail, integrity, and trustworthiness.
- Strong computer skills.
- Committed to constant improvement and open to ongoing training.
- Local residents with a strong knowledge of the northern beaches area.
