Developing good working relationships with external vendors is a given to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure optimum return on spend.

**Your Impact**:
Demonstrate a sound understanding of operating practices and Goodstart’s company structure. Develop and maintain industry specialisation knowledge which impacts on the business and operations. Share specialisation expertise cross-functionally to support other business units within the organisation.

**You’ll bring to the table**:
Have previous experience managing marketing campaigns with measurable results, a passion for staying up to date with the latest trends and technologies, and strong analytical skills to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Possess local area marketing experience and/or experience in a national multi-site organisation (or franchise model) will be highly regarded.
Have excellent communication skills - written and verbal and strong collaborative style (essential).
Hold a Bachelor Qualification in Marketing or related field
Google analytics knowledge and skills will be highly desirable
