- Pregnancy Family Conferencing (PFC) is an exciting new program which provides early intervention and supports pregnant women and families, to start their parenting journey safely and successfully. PFC forms part of the NSW Government's Brighter Beginnings Initiative.

**About You**
- You will bring your experience and education as a Social Worker and skills in building positive relationships and collaborating with interagency partners to meet the needs of complex and vulnerable families.
- You will bring your leadership skills, including experience in capacity building and clinical supervision.
- You will be supported to grow and build your career through training, development and networks and contribute to the VAN leadership team.

**Where You’ll Be Working**
- The Clinical Lead
- Pregnancy Family Conferencing is responsible for the overall leadership and coordination of PFC. This role works in partnership with DCJ and other key partners, to facilitate a strength
- based, early intervention approach to supporting pregnant women and families where there are concerns about the safety and wellbeing of an unborn child. The Clinical Lead
- PFC engages, educates, and supervises the network of PFC facilitators and actively contributes to the broader leadership team in Violence, Abuse & Neglect.
