**About the role**
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will serve as a strategic partner, trusted confidant, and professional problem-solver. You will support the Chief Executive and exemplify our values with a professional, commercial, and customer-centric approach. You possess excellent interpersonal skills and understand the importance of personal well-being in achieving professional success.
Your proactive problem-solving ability, exceptional communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail will contribute to the effective management of Great Southern Bank. You will provide strategic counsel, technical expertise, critical analysis, and administrative support to the CEO.
Located at Great Southern Bank's new Head Office, situated at 300 George Street, Brisbane CBD. This is an 11-month maximum-term contract covering parental leave.
**What we’re looking for**
- At least 5 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant in a similar sized or larger organization.
- Outstanding professional conduct and an impeccable reputation for maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion.
- Superior problem-solving and prioritization skills, with the ability to anticipate and prepare for any challenge.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Efficient, confident, and a strong communicator with the ability to persuade, influence, negotiate, consult, and inspire.
- Creative and unafraid to challenge the status quo.
- Accurate, results-focused, and capable of translating ideas into practical implementation.
- A natural relationship-builder and a trusted advisor to senior executives.
