**Role Overview**

You will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing structured processes for their technical operations.

**What you will do**
- Oversee the IT Service Continuity process and overall process performance.
- Managing backup and restoration testing frameworks and proactive incident scenario planning.
- Collaborate with non-functional testing teams to align failover and BCP testing with realistic scenarios.
- Ensure the creation of playbook procedures in coordination with support teams.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in IT Service Continuity Management.
- Represent IT Service Continuity processes across the organization through training and communication.
- Act as a backup Major Incident Manager.
- Provide data analysis for IT Service Continuity reporting to executive stakeholders, regulators, auditors, and risk assessors.
- Participate in incident presentations and discussions with various audiences.

**Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience in transforming and optimizing IT Service Management techniques, processes, and procedures, with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Expertise in Major Incident Management.
- Developed and documented Service Management processes, procedures, and methodologies.
- Strong collaboration, workshop facilitation, problem framing, and storytelling skills.
- Deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL best practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis.
- Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of financial markets and related products.
- Experience in a 24x7 operating environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach.
- Understanding of IT-related risk management, governance, and management of Enterprise IT.
- Technical background in Operations, Infrastructure, Application Support, or Application Development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and methodologies.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in coaching, change management, or training.
- Leadership or facilitation of communities of practice focused on capability and skills enhancement.
- Ability to assess quality and product risks in a highly regulated environment and contribute to test strategies.
- Certification in ITIL processes.
- Certification in COBIT.
- Knowledge of continuity across various levels of the technology stack.
