An exciting opportunity has become available for a Sales Admin to join one of WA’s leading Office Furniture and Joinery solution providers. This important position provides customer service and administrative support to the Sales & Operations team by providing a professional, friendly and efficient first point of contact to customers and suppliers and administrative support, where required.

We are seeking **a friendly and proactive **Sales Admin with a **positive, can-do attitude, **to join our Sales team. You will have the opportunity to join a **strong team **of **long-term employees** within a r**apidly growing**, **family owned** business.

Interia is a leading Office Furniture and Joinery solution provider which aims to provide their customers with premium quality furniture with superior choice and lead times.

It is one of 3 companies in the family owned and operated business, the other two being Cubispec Washroom Solutions and Direct Office Furniture.

Cubispec Washroom Solutions provides toilet and shower cubicles, assisting customers from the design phase through to completion.

Direct Office Furniture is a factory direct online store bringing the biggest range and best value to the Australian Office Furniture market.

**About the Role**

We all work as a team to meet our customer’s needs; this means you may be required to assist with administrative tasks across other departments. This also means we have the ability to provide variety within our roles and encourage internal growth and progression.

Duties include:

- Assist with general sales and administrative duties.
- Prepare and submit quotes, where required.
- Assist with quote follow-up process and contact customers following project completion to ensure they had a positive experience.
- Maintain information in the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) - Hubspot.’
- Contribute to the achievement of overall sales team and personal KPI targets and quotas.
- Develop and maintain a sound knowledge of products and services.
- Communicate with the production team and relevant suppliers to confirm information for customers and the sales team.

Skills/Experience
- Prior experience in Sales or Customer Service (Desirable).
- Computer literate and experience in using Microsoft Office.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
- Reliable and punctual.

This is a permanent position, we are open to both Full-time (38 hours) or Part-time (Minimum 20 hours). Our operating days are Monday to Friday, with flexibility around start and finish times.

The position will be based out of our Kewdale office, free parking is available on site. This is an office-based position, however occasional WFH will be considered.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
