**About the Role**
We are seeking a part-time Research Fellow to work with Associate Professor Glenn Savage (Project Lead) on an Australian Research Council project aimed at improving collaboration between Australian governments in developing national schooling reforms. This position will be responsible for research management, fieldwork management, preparation of research ethics materials, and assisting with data collection and analysis.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing project management support as required through coordination with the Project Lead, with a focus on the timely management of tasks
- Monitoring work plans and providing ongoing feedback to the Project Lead
- Contributing to the production and dissemination of research findings via scholarly presentations and publications

**Who we are looking for**
You will have a PhD degree, or be close to completion, in education policy or a related social science field, with a demonstrated research track record, expertise in qualitative research methods, and excellent organizational and project management skills. Additionally, you will also possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet project goals, and a desirable background in researching Australian schooling policy, federalism, and intergovernmental processes.
