**About the role**:
Reporting to the Assistant Shift Manager within the Retail Ready Operations Australia function, you’ll have an incredible opportunity to oversee all aspects of the production, operations, and daily activities; whilst improving efficiencies and keeping everyone safe.

You’ll get to introduce positive changes, streamline processes, and elevate performance for the entire team. You’ll join a diverse and amazing team that recognises everyone’s abilities and a culture that inspires growth and development.

**About you and your skills**:

- To be proactive in driving continuous improvement of process and procedures
- Solid understanding of technical aspects and/or processes
- Able to set ambitious team goal with measurable targets
- Great communication skills that foster positive collaboration and inclusiveness
- Cert III or IV in food processing and/or previous experience in an FMCG/Short Shelf-life production environment
- Knowledge and implementation of Lean Manufacturing/CI principle
