Job Opportunity: Warehouse Supervisor for Cool Room at 4 Degrees

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be an integral part of our large supermarket chain, responsible for overseeing operations within our state-of-the-art cool room facility. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for the meat industry, this is the perfect role for you Forklift License: Possess a valid forklift license and demonstrate expertise in operating a forklift efficiently and safely within a cool room environment. Hands-On Approach: Take a proactive approach to supervision, leading by example and actively engaging in warehouse activities to ensure smooth operations. Cool Room Experience: Prior experience in working within a cool room, preferably in the meat industry, is highly desirable. Understanding the unique challenges and safety protocols associated with cool room environments is crucial. Organizational Skills: Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills to manage inventory, track stock levels, and coordinate efficient product flow. Team Player: Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of warehouse staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic setting and possess the ability to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines.

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
