**Our Sydney office is on the hunt for a proactive and highly organised **Junior Office Support** to help ensure the smooth operation of our Surry Hills office on a**_ Part-time basis, three days a week. _**This is a great opportunity for someone looking at a dynamic office management role**

ROLE PURPOSE

In this role, you will handle a range of administrative and office management tasks, supporting day-to-day office functions and assisting various teams as needed.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

**Office Management & Maintenance**:Ensure the office environment is well-maintained, organized, and fully stocked. Coordinate with vendors and manage office supplies.

**Administrative Support**:Assist with travel arrangements, bookings, and scheduling for team members.

**Office Elements Management**:Oversee office assets, supplies, and resources, ensuring they are accessible and well-organized.

**Marketing & Admin Assistance**: Support marketing initiatives by preparing and managing influencer samples, and handling general administrative tasks.

**Copy & Admin Tasks**: Provide assistance with copy tasks, data entry, and other administrative needs across various departments.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to **manage multiple tasks** and** prioritise effectively**

Strong **communication skills,** and a **proactive,** **can-do attitude**

You should be able to efficiently use MS office software (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

You're committed, dedicated, trustworthy, and have great work ethics

You're a ball of energy and ready to bring sunshine to the team
- Schedule: Part-time, 3 days per week (specific days to be discussed)_
