**YOUR NEW ROLE**

As the RIGHT HAND to a top **Divisional Head** senior Lawyer who has a flourishing busy practice across many areas of **personal injury** law including workers compensation, work injury damages, CTP (motor vehicle accidents), medical negligence & intentional torts, you will love helping to make a **positive difference** in the ‘REAL’ lives of injured people.

You will love the **VARIETY**. Key responsibilities include typing, preparing court documents/correspondence, contacting clients, doctors, solicitors, insurers, arranging appointments, preparing briefs for barristers, relief reception, mail distribution/deliveries, filing and general administration.

**WHO YOU ARE**

We are interested in hearing from you if you:
have
**MINIMUM 3 months+** experience (or more) as a legal secretary/assistant/paralegal or office administrator/clerk in any industry;

have had some
**personal injury law experience** (preferable but not essential) OR have a keen interest in this area (essential);

have strong
**Microsoft Office** (Word/Excel/Outlook) and an accurate typing speed of minimum 55+wpm;

are highly
**self-motivated, adaptable** and have a
**CAN-DO positive** attitude;

are
**highly organized+ can meet deadlines**;

love to work in a vibrant, busy+ fast-paced environment;

are hungry to progress your career long-term with a reputable law firm
