Due to rapid expansion and a need to grow our team, Professional Beauty Solutions currently has a fantastic opportunity for a well-organised, energetic, and friendly Sales support coordinator to provide outstanding support to its clients and to the marketing & sales team of the company.

**About the business**

Based near vibrant Cronulla in Sydney’s south, Professional Beauty Solutions is a rapidly growing, Australian-owned beauty distribution company. We manage the Australian brand representations for a host of global beauty brands, including Dermalux LED, Pollogen, Lynton, Pure Fiji, Youngblood Mineral Cosmetics, Sunescape Tan, Image Skincare, and loads more

**Your day-to-day duties will include**:

- Processing orders directly into our system (data entry focused)
- Proactively support customers and the sales team to ensure service levels are maintained and customer satisfaction is maintained or exceeded
- Communicate, problem solve, document and coordinate issues, complaints, resolutions, and responses
- Communicating effectively with other operations departments including the supply chain, operations, finance, and clinical teams to ensure smooth interdepartmental workflow.
- Maintaining thorough record keeping and reporting in accordance with company guidelines
- A customer focus to ensure you always have the customer’s needs front of mind
- Ability to navigate multiple systems whilst being on the phone
- HIGH level of accuracy in data entry, attention to detail, and time management
- Someone who thrives in systems and processes
- Someone who thrives in a high energy, fast-paced & supportive team environment
- Experience in CRM programs
- Experience in Salesforce Servicing highly regarded
- Strong Communication, written and listening skills
- Someone with a great attitude who wants to create the best outcomes for customers and the company
- Experience in a customer service/admin role - minimum 2 years
