We are seeking an experienced client facing professional to work with one of our clients based in Robina. You will have come from legal, finance, accounting or marketing and have had experience working with clients in a face to face and phone capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contacting clients for information and follow up
- Preparing and delivering documentation
- High level administrative tasks
- Compliance focused data entry and reporting
- Assist with development and training for junior staff
- Working with senior members within the organisation around process improvement
- Monitor and develop strategies to improve operational efficiency

Qualifications:

- 2+ years working in a similar role within professional services
