We currently have a variety of Administrative roles available within Nowra and surrounding areas - experience working in local government, industrial, transport and fast paced environments will be highly regarded.

Our clients are seeking friendly, professional and motivated staff to join their well-established businesses. These are long-term positions offering fulltime hours, Monday to Friday.

**Duties**:

- Document and data control
- Updating reports
- Reception duties including answering phone calls and taking enquiries
- Front face of the business, greeting customers
- Filing and organising paperwork
- Navigating computer systems
- General administrative tasks

**Skills and Experiences**
- Previous experience working in an administration environment
- Strong computer skills
- Accounts and payroll experience preferred but not necessary
- Confident with using Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word and Outlook
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Can work autonomously and show a high level of proactiveness
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to work well in a team - gets along with others
- Ability to learn new tasks quickly and efficiently
- Well presented
- Reliable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual, Permanent, Temp to perm

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work Location: In person
