**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As the
**Test Automation Manager,** you will support this transformation by managing and delivering high-quality test strategy aligned with both business and technical requirements for the implementation of a new service delivery system. Additionally, you will proactively identify opportunities for automation, including the delivery of a test automation tool to support regression testing, new development, and other testing needs.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and deliver high-quality test strategy aligned with business and technical requirements for the implementation of a new service delivery system, as part of the One Scope program.
- Manage software defects from identification to resolution in partnership with 3rd party vendors, technical teams, and project team.
- Coordinate business UAT for the new service delivery system implementation, and report testing progress to key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for automation, including delivery of a test automation tool to support regression testing, new development, and other testing needs.
- Work in a program-based environment, and collaborate closely with other technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the program.
- Support the Change Request Board in the provision of information relevant to the changes.
- Responsible for ensuring that they comply with its legal requirements and strives for best practice in the provision of a safe workplace for all.
- Responsible for working in a safe manner that complies with current workplace and safety policies.

**SKILLS & EXPERTISE**
- Proven 5+ years in Automation Testing role with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Expertise in Automation Testing in Salesforce is an advantage.
- Experience managing software defects from identification to resolution in partnership with 3rd party vendors, technical teams, and project team.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Experience identifying opportunities for automation and delivering test automation tools to support regression testing and new development
- Strong understanding of software release lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues and risks.
- Accountable and motivated with a continuous improvement mindset. Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan and manage complex software releases and testing activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with software release and testing processes and tools, including continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, version control, and automated testing frameworks.
- Certified Software Test Manager (CSTM) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong communication skills coupled with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
