Are you a dynamic and driven marketing professional looking for an exciting new challenge? We are seeking for a
**Marketing Executive** to join one of the world’s leading property and infrastructure groups.

**Rate: $46.43 per hour plus super**

**Contract: Until July 7, 2023**

**Location: Sydney**

**_As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for:_**
- Gathering information and conducting analysis on market trends and competitor actions to support and inform decision making
- Contributing to the preparation of marketing reports, including sales mapping and buyer profiling
- Contributing to the design, development, and production of marketing materials, such as brochures, press releases, audiovisual materials, and technical product/service displays
- Performing a wide range of administrative duties as directed, including liaising with external service providers, organizing forums and presentations, setting up meetings, and booking venues for marketing events and campaigns

**_To succeed in this role, you must possess the following attributes:_**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, advertising, and/or public relations
- Experience in a marketing role and/or fundamental knowledge and understanding of Construction, Property Development, Investment Management, and Retirement Living industries
- Analytical skills with the ability to carry out research and interpret data
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, combined with well-developed writing skills to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation
- Competencies in decision-making, interpersonal abilities, planning and organizing, problem-solving and analytical thinking, verbal communications, and written communications
