You are savvy, proactive, commercially minded and have a strong business and financial acumen. Throughout your extensive career experience, you have been exposed to a broad range of business support coordination, operations, governance, corporate and financial reporting. This role has a strong emphasis on managing all areas of the business finances. You are comfortable being the business’ first point of contact for all levels of internal and external stakeholders, from high-net-worth clients to key support personnel. You are results-driven and bring to the table a plethora of capabilities across all facets of business management, from HR and leadership to finance and office management. You have acquired significant experience with a proven track of success in previous roles and are ready to take the next step to advance your career.

**A snapshot of your role**:

- Coordinate the strategic and operational planning processes and development of stakeholder engagement plans, working in collaboration with the Senior C-suite team
- Organise the onboarding of new staff, oversee the payroll and support the executive board with team engagement, acting as a HR liaison when necessary
- Prepare monthly and annual financials and ATO documents including lodgements, renewals and budgeting while also creating reports to present to the executive board
- Take the lead on managing all financial elements, showing exemplary attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Assist with accounts payable including preparing invoices and reimbursements and processing foreign currency payments and cash flows
