**What is unique about you?**:
As an experienced Team Assistant, you understand the importance of being across every aspect of the business from the administration tasks to the importance of providing clients who enter the office with first-class customer service. You have exceptional attention to detail, able to spot the tiniest mistakes or mishap within the team and proactive enough to jump at them and fix it. You have brilliant communication skills, both written and verbally and you are a whiz at MS Office and software systems. As someone who is tech savvy you are comfortable troubleshooting any IT errors that arise and as a natural people person you are always ready to lend a helping hand to ensure the smooth running of the team

**A snapshot of your role**:

- Provide extensive administrative support to the broader team including managing databases, streamlining policies and procedures and being the one with their finger on the pulse
- Ensure meeting rooms are clean and tidy and available for meetings, and making sure office is spotless
- Prepare client packs, gifts and assist in organisation of events and team lunches/dinner
- Assist the Executive team with tasks such as coffee runs, lunches and personal tasks when needed
- Update company CRM with changes and proactively spot mistakes, alert necessary team members and efficiently get them sorted
