**Responsibilities**
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues using knowledge and available resources
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams
- Document interactions and feedback in CRM
- Follow up with customers for satisfaction, participate in training, and contribute to process improvement

**Skills & Experience**
- Exposure in the paint and design industry in customer service and technical support roles is beneficial
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, at an advanced level
- Computer and tech-savvy
- Expertise in diagnosing and resolving technical and color-related queries through logical thinking and troubleshooting
