**Where you’ll be working**
You will be working with a diverse and dynamic team within Health System Support Group (HSSG) and based at 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards, NSW 2065. HSSG is a unit of the Public Health System Support Division of the Health Administration Corporation to provide services to support the public health system in implementing Government targets and programs.

**About the Role**
The Enterprise Data Warehouse for Analysis, Reporting and Decision Support (EDWARD) will be the ‘single source of truth’ for the business information required to underpin the Ministry of Health’s System Manager role including purchasing, performance support, performance management, funding, planning, internal reporting, public reporting, and research.

The Administrative Officer is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and day-to-day support to the Director EDWARD and SIA Executive as required. The position will ensure that all activities and tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner. This role will also be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and day-to-day support.

**Selection Criteria**
- Demonstrated high-level experience (or a relevant qualification) and capability in providing senior administrative support in a complex organisation.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills including both verbal and in writing, including brief, meeting minutes and other correspondence.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload and achieve results to meet required timeframes in a diverse, demanding, and high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated capacity to exercise discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Demonstrated influencing and negotiating skills applied to managing competing needs and priorities of a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated a high level of competency in computer use and relevant software programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and audio-visual and virtual meeting platforms.
- Proven high-level problem-solving skills.
- Proven capacity to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team to achieve strategic and operational outcomes.

**COVID-19 Vaccination Compliancy**
All NSW Health workers are required to have completed a primary course (2 doses) of a Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) approved or recognised COVID-19 vaccine (except for the Janssen COVID-19 vaccine which is approved by the TGA as a single dose primary course). New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health, or provide an Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW.

Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.
