A fantastic opportunity at nbn, Australia’s largest infrastructure project, as the Business Program Manager, reporting to the Executive Manager, Business Delivery.

A bit about the role

As the Business Program Manager, you will be responsible to lead large-scale transformation programs. This role is hands-on, and you will be the single point of contact for the Initiative Sponsor and delivery agents to consolidate an integrated delivery roadmap.

You will drive rigour, value, and benefits of the initiative throughout the organisation. This will require you to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across multiple streams of work to successfully deliver the program.

The role will involve strong, and clearly articulated communication management, including regular engagement with key stakeholders across the business. You are to track program success, take ownership of the development of risks & issues, and report on the outcomes.

A bit about you

You have the ability to work autonomously whilst engaging with senior internal stakeholders across a broad spectrum of business units and the capability to present to audiences confidently and professionally. You will also have experience in agile ways of working.
