**Deputy Head of Middle Learning Community - Alignment**
We are seeking to appoint a Deputy Head of Middle Learning Community - Alignment who will support the Head of 5-12 to drive a professional improvement agenda and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
**About the Position**
The Deputy Head of Middle Learning Community (Alignment) supports the Head of 5 - 12 and other Deputy Heads to manage and lead the educational vision in accordance with the College vision, mission and values and the explicit improvement agenda of the MLC.
In committing to support this improvement agenda, the role will have a key focus on the following domains of the ACER National School’s Improvement Tool:
- Effective Pedagogical Practice
- Systemic Curriculum Delivery
- Differentiated Teaching & Learning
The role also manages two Heads of Learning & Alignment, namely the Intellectual and Global Domains. Together, this Alignment team works collaboratively to align the academic planning, systems and processes across the MLC.
