**About the role**
- This is an exciting opportunity to work on a project with great social impact. Our client is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Specialist. You will be responsible for designing and develop solutions for Microsoft Cloud infrastructure and Microsoft Power Platform.In this role, you will also provide MS Power Platform Architectural technical thought leadership.We are looking for someone who is willing to make a big impact and be equipped with good new ideas to benefit the project and the team in the right way.**Location: Parramatta, NSW**

**Daily rate: $848 to $1147 per day plus super depending on experience.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead in identifying, conceptualising, developing, and rolling out inventive solutions to support business projects, providing expertise and direction for proposals.
- Evaluate various technical options, contributing to recommendations that influence the direction of technical strategies.
- Direct the integration of the MS Power Platform with diverse internal products and systems, from design and development to deployment.
- Influence and establish the Data Integration strategy, promoting standardisation and best practices.
- Work collaboratively on multifaceted solutions across several projects, addressing intricate technical and business dilemmas.
- Cultivate and sustain productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to foster confidence in the MS Power Platform architecture.

**Experience**:

- Proven track record of guiding development teams towards optimal platform technology use.
- Familiarity with object-oriented design principles, including platform-specific patterns and limitations.
- Demonstrated expertise in the design, development, and deployment within the Microsoft Power Platform environment.
- In-depth understanding of technical gap analysis in the Microsoft Power Platform, with the ability to represent the CRM team in large-scale enterprise initiatives.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Cloud platform's release management processes and deployment mechanisms.
- Experience with various project and development lifecycle approaches.
- Act as a technical expert, mentoring and offering guidance to team members.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, essential for teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
