Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our Digital Transformation Platform (DTP) group. This role is responsible for owning, troubleshooting and solving complex customer technical issues.

About the Team

Our team delivers world-class support for global customers on their digital transformation journey. We provide valuable support solutions on a wide range of technologies, including Data analytics, Artificial Intelligence and IoT, Business Intelligence and Power BI, SQL, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform.

Responsibilities
  • Reviews issues and contacts customers to understand issues, ensuring they stay informed about the status/solution of their issue.
  • Resolves or escalates multiple and varied customer issues, documenting technical work and research.
  • Analyzes problems and develops solutions to meet customer needs using log analysis and other proprietary tools.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 3+ years technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience.
  • MICROSOFT POWER APPS, POWER PLATFORM, POWER AUTOMATE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft stack technologies such as SQL Server, IIS, ADFS, Exchange, Visual Studio, MS Copilot Studio(Power Virtual Agent) and Power Automate Desktop(Robot Processing Automation)
