**What you'll be doing**
The Program Support Officer, Mental Health Patient Safety contributes to the ongoing development, implementation, evaluation and refinement of administration activities and initiatives of the Mental Health Patient Safety Team to improve the safety and quality of healthcare in line with the CEC strategic goals. This position is to provide comprehensive, high level, timely and accurate administrative services to support the provision of Mental Health Patient Safety under the direction of the Principal Lead Mental Health Patient Safety.

**Remuneration**: $78,079.00 - $105,030.00 per annum, plus superannuation
**Hours Per Week**: 40 (38hrs Standard + 2hrs toward ADO)

**Selection Criteria**
- Demonstrated experience in providing high calibre project management support to project officers, improvement advisors or senior managers including high-level administrative services to ensure project aims are met.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with experience in the preparation of complex correspondence and reports and liaising with staff and managers at all levels.
- Demonstrated computer literacy including advanced data skills in Microsoft Office products or similar software.
- Sound problem-solving skills and forward thinking approach including demonstrated ability to anticipate and meet the needs of a senior manager without instruction and ability to exercise initiative to achieve business focused solutions.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customer focused approach.
- Demonstrate capacity to manage confidential and sensitive matters appropriately and with discretion.
