**Your Impact**:
Due to an internal promotion, we are currently seeking an experienced National Account Manager within the P&C space to join our Sales team here at Asahi Lifestyle Beverages. As the National Account Manager you will also be managing a team of State based Petrol & Convenience Account Managers who are responsible. in delivering key objectives & results within each of the dedicated states

As the National Account Manager, you will be responsible for achieving the agreed sales, distribution, profitability, commercial activation plans, forecasting, merchandising and promotional targets for all P&C accounts managed whilst providing leadership, management & coaching to your team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with all managed accounts to deliver budgeted Litres & margin targets.
- Work with Channel Strategy, Marketing/Activation & Revenue Management team to optimise promotional plans, trade investment and return.
- Manage account credit to ensure all customers trade within terms and records of transactions where applicable
- Develop long term, strategic relationships with key customers.
- Ensure ALB is amongst ‘best practice’ vendors in servicing key customer and meeting customer KPI’S
- Support the state teams to implement effective promotional and customer engagement programs.
- Work effectively with Channel Strategy and Activation teams as well as the State teams to ensure effective implementation of the Commercial Plan.
- Ensure NPD, sales promotions, merchandising, new business programs and national sales programs are communicated and executed by the the frontline sales teams
- Lead and manage a team of dedicated Account managers
- Adherence to the Yearly people cycle including performance reviews, mid-year, end of year, development Plans, talent review and Succession Management completed for team
- Improve organisation effectiveness through the development and deployment of solutions to improve productivity and drive a performance culture

**About You**

Success in this role will come from demonstrated experience as a National Account Manager from within the FMCG industry. You will have exceptional financial / commercial acumen which will be demonstrated through your customer management success.
- Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management dealing with major accounts
- Experience in negotiating and closing commercial contracts
- Ability to exceed sales targets using a structured data-driven, planned approach
