Based in Moore Park, NSW we have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated Accounts Receivable Officer to join our high performing Finance team.  This position is an integral part of the business and encompasses all aspects of Accounts Receivable functions. 
  
This is a perfect opportunity for a confident and detail orientated person looking to expand their skill set.
  
Duties Include:

  • Assist with all aspects of accounts receivable processes, including precise and timely invoicing, payment allocations, reconciliations and banking
  • Ensure timely collections to meet monthly targets
  • Support the finance team on ad-hoc projects
  • Involved in creating efficiencies in process’s and workflow for the AR department
  • Debtor management including maintaining client details, sending monthly client statements and payment follow ups
  • Monitor and action all accounts emails and telephone queries whilst providing excellent customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with all departments to address any customer queries, billing discrepancies or disputes in a timely manner. 

Ideal background:

  • 3 years plus experience in a similar role
  • High proficiency across Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience using MS Dynamics (preferred)
  • The ability to work autonomously
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
