**The role**:
We deliver customised protection, yield enhancement and financing solutions to assist Australian investors with new and existing equity positions or portfolios. We work closely with our colleagues from both the Business & Private Bank and Corporate & Institutional divisions to identify suitable customers and then to manage the relationships with those customers. This position assists our customers with managing and executing solutions that assist them with their investment needs. This role requires a high level of direct client contact and deal execution. Professional customer interactions, efficient workflow management, attention to detail and the ability to work within a team are the key attributes of this role. Being based in the Markets dealing room, the ability to work in a fluid and time sensitive workflow environment is essential.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Deliver financial (team-based) and other customer-related targets
- Manage the day-to-day relationship (outbound and inbound calls, day-to-day relationship management, outbound call activity).
- Identifying ancillary business opportunities with existing customers and prospects in collaboration with senior dealers.
- Manage key NAB systems and processes end-to-end, optimize capacity and efficiency, and increase productivity.
- Provide timely and competitive pricing, product knowledge, and the right solutions for individual customer needs.
- Understand global and competitor trends, market conditions, and their impact on customers
- Work closely with key internal stakeholders to develop and maintain good relationships
- Maintain continuous education requirements and obtain relevant accreditation

**To be successful in this role, you will have or obtain**:

- Bachelor of Commerce, Economics, Finance, Business or related discipline
- Frontline experience in financial markets/investment management/investment market sales
- Experience derivatives and fixed income products
- AFMA accreditation, RG46, ADA level 1/2
