Sales Administration Coordinator

Seeking experienced professionals for a June start
- Permanent opportunity | Southport | $75,000 plus super
- You will have previously held a Sales Coordinator/Executive Support position
The clients we are working with cover varied industries including professional services, mining and construction. We have several roles and, if you have worked in one of the above roles, your skills would easily transfer to any of these opportunities.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Provide support to multiple senior managers
- Diary management and travel coordination
- Assist with writing and amending documentation
- Compliance and process writing
- Entering and reporting into the company CRM
- Managing multiple inboxes and calendars
- Drafting professional correspondence
- General administrative duties as required
- Adhoc accounting duties in Xero or MYOB
About you:
- Demonstrated experience in a Project Coordination, Executive Support/Assistant, or Office Manager role
- Experience with accounts functions preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Advanced computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook)
