Due to internal growth and development, there is currently a vacancy within this thriving **Belmont 6104** team for a **Customer Service Administrator**. If you are passionate about people and processes, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a tight-knit team who are dedicated to seeing each other and our business grow.
You will be a part of a vibrant, supportive, and experienced team. No two days will look the same with different conversations with clients and coordinating on-site team members. This role will offer routine in terms of data entry and policy processes, however you will be constantly learning and building on your existing skills.
**About You**:
- You must be outgoing and confident- Not afraid to pick up the phone and talk to people- Pro-active problem solver- You will need to always push yourself out of your comfort zone- You are not easily deterred from hard conversations, but note we do have our people's backs- Eager to learn and develop your understanding of the industrial, logistics, and trade sectors**Your Duties will Include**:
- Data entry and rostering- Ensuring policies and processes are followed with a high level of compliance- Coordinating and mobilisation of on-site team members, including PPE and inductions- Working across a full-time rotating roster (2 weeks 6:30am - 3:30pm; 2 weeks 8am - 5pm)This role will be responsible for problem solving and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction, so if you enjoy a fast-paced role and are motivated by high stakes/high outcome then we'd love to hear from you.
