Incorporating a mix of private healthcare in a hospitals and community outreach delivery, this organisation delivers exceptional levels of medical support in both clinical and community settings. You'll be part of a team who support individuals and their families as they navigate some of the most difficult times of their lives. They are continuously seeking ways to enhance their service delivery operational efficiencies and are seeking a Human Resources Advisor to support their high performing workforce.
So, what's involved?
As Human Resources Advisor, you will work closely with and report directly to the Executive General Manager, Human Resources. A newly created role, you will have the ability to mould the role and not only undertake BAU HR duties but take ownership of projects.
**The big-ticket items**:
Support the EGM, HR across all Human Resources activities;
Coordinate and execute the implementation of a new HRIS;
End to end recruitment and onboarding of corporate roles;
Provide guidance and advice to business leaders across Employment Law;
Manage low level ER cases;
General HR administration including contract creation, updating policies and reference checks;
Employee engagement projects; and
General HR support to all business leaders and first point of contact for any employee queries.
Your background
You will ideally have worked within the healthcare sector and have a passion for it. You will be a true generalist looking to continue to gain exposure across the breadth of the HR function. This is a greenfield HR team, established around 6 months ago; there is work to do in establishing processes and systems. You'll be resilient, can pivot on a dime and multi-tasking is your jam. If not healthcare, you will have gained exposure to a highly regulated and compliance driven industry.
You will ideally hold a related bachelor's degree in human resources or management.
It will be essential that you demonstrate the values of the organisation and are passionate about the service offering of the organisation.
