We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic Google Ads Specialist to support our e-Commerce growth agency with a variety of in-house and client work.

In this newly created role, you will be working closely with our supportive team of Marketers and Agency Directors.
- To work with and drive results for multiple eCommerce brands.
- To be an essential part of campaign planning, strategy, and implementation.
- To work with a supportive company focused on its team's professional development.

**About the opportunity**

This is a hands-on role with lots of scope to make a difference by getting involved right from the start of clients’ projects. Your duties will include the following:

- Deploy & Manage paid Google Ad Campaigns across Search (PPC), Performance Max, Display & YouTube
- Adhere to agency optimisation schedules to meet campaign objectives, including daily management of budgets, conversions & creative.
- Daily use of reporting, analytics, and trend tools with monthly insights & actions reports prepared for clients.
- Maintain Google Ad Certifications and attend Google product training sessions.
- Assist Senior Google Ad Specialist with recommendations to implement and deliver a clear strategy to clients.
- Strategic planning and launch of paid search campaigns across Facebook & Google.
- Creating compelling ad copy across all stages of the customer journey.
- Troubleshooting Facebook campaigns and client accounts.
- Using analytics to analyse campaign performance - Reporting on this
- Implementing conversion rate optimisation (i.e. A/B, split-testing, etc) to improve campaign performance.
- Managing campaign expenses, staying on budget, and estimating monthly costs.
- Analysing performance and implementing appropriate action plans to achieve target metrics.
- Liaising with Directors, Designers and team members for required creative advert assets.
- Calculating, reporting and articulating ROI to your client accounts.
- Preparing routine reports and making recommendations backed by data for campaign improvement.
- Create case studies based on client campaigns.
- Assist our Senior Paid Performance Specialist with campaigns and improving internal processes.
- Attend and contribute to regular content planning meetings (with both our marketing and comms team and our internal stakeholders).
- Ensure alignment of all marketing materials to brand guidelines.
- Coordinate research, monitor and analyse competitors' products and services with stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a positive relationship with internal teams, customers/prospects and external agencies.
- Coordinate and ensure all marketing communications and campaigns are reflected on the Marketing Calendar.
- This role will initially be a work from home, followed by on-site full time. Details will be discussed with you.

**To be successful in this role, you’ll have**:
This role requires **dedication, motivation** and **sharp eye** (razor sharp).
- 3+ years of experience working with Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube & LinkedIn. Any other platform would be desirable also.
- In-depth knowledge of Facebook’s Business Suite and Meta.
- A genuine passion for eCommerce marketing and driving a high ROAS.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Must be able to articulate strategy and results to our clients.
- An in-depth understanding of each stage of the customer journey.
- Experience with generating reports and analysing the ROAS on each campaign.
- A Strong Google Analytics game.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a small team environment.
- 2+ years experience in a similar role in an agency (highly regarded).
- You know your way around social media platforms - Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest and YouTube etc
- Someone whose obsessed with eCommerce success and constantly on the forefront of new internet trends, trending sounds and topics
- Sound understanding of Google Analytics, Shopify, platforms and any other EDM software preferred.
- Ability to multi-task several projects at a time and work within tight deadlines.
- Very strong communication skills (written & Verbal) and ability to articulate yourself and your ideas on internal calls and external to clients. Strong writer with excellent English.
- Strong attention to detail (essential).
- Intermediate knowledge of Shopify and other eCommerce platforms.
- Sound understanding of SEO, digital platforms and marketing automation
- Organised, efficient, and dedicated with the ability to multitask, take the initiative, and prioritise and meet deadlines. Should be able to work autonomously.
- Knowledge of current web standards, including best practices for usability and accessibility.
