**You will**:

- Lead small to mid-size teams, sharing your knowledge about warehouse operations, customer service, and 3PL organisations.
- Collaborate directly with senior stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Spend time fostering a culture of growth, inclusivity, and excellence.
- Bring with you your experience and industry knowledge of fulfillment services, including small high-volume goods.
- Provide exceptional customer and client service, including quoting services on offer.
- Be on the floor with your team and clients daily, proactively.

**Skills you bring**:

- Experience using and navigating 3PL technology, including transport management systems and cross-use of platforms.
- Established communication skills to support stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Customer-first mindset.
- Organisational skills.
- Solution focused.
- Leadership qualities and experience.
- Australian driver's license.
- Ability to learn, use, and share knowledge about RF scanning guns on the floor.
- The ability and qualifications that come with the territory of warehouse, LF/LO forklift operation.
- OHS, safety-first mindset.
